Coping during the Pandemic

We are living through uncertain times with our cities and countries taking unprecedented measures to protect our health and safety.  For many of us this means social-distancing and staying home, although for some this means working on the front lines and providing essential services.  However this is shaping our lives, we are facing the emotional challenges of change, uncertainty, physical separation, financial strain, loss, and vulnerability.  We are all responding and coping in different ways, and yet we are all in this together.

I have compiled below some resources that may be helpful during this turbulent time, and I will continue to update this list. Feedback is always welcome.

Let's try and take this time as an opportunity to tread lightly, be mindful, stay connected, and have compassion (for ourselves and others.)
